Stretch, Strengthen, and Play

Using interactive poses, we practice yoga while we play. Part of the class is focused on gentle movement, breathing, and stretching. For moms who gave birth, this yoga series will safely strengthen and reintegrate core muscles. The remainder of the class is baby centered, incorporating song and playful movement with our little yogis. Baby and me yoga helps infants sleep better, improves digestive issues, provides appropriate stimulation for neural development, and promotes parent and infant bonding. Gentle touch and relaxation techniques are mutually beneficial for infants and parents.
